Aerial Photography: $125 / hour (1 hour minimum) - 6-12 images
Aerial Videography: $150 / hour (1 hour minimum) + $50 / hour editing time (1 hour minimum)
Commercial/Agriculture
Orthomosaic Mapping: $175 / hour + $10 / acre (1 acre minimum) - You get Digital 2D map
Aerial Inspection Photography/Videography: $175/ hour (1 hour minimum) + $50 / hour editing time (1 hour minimum) - Call for quote
Social Media Video
Commercial / Social Media: $175 / hour for flight time + $50 / hour editing + Licensing Fee(s)
Additional Fees
* There will be a $0.67 / mile charge for jobs located outside of Rochester, MN City Limits. Charge will be from the center of Rochester to the job site, as estimated by the "quickest route" option on Google Maps.
* I maintain the copyright for all images and videos produced. For non-commercial work, I will provide an image release for use by the original owner. Use licenses for real estate projects will be for 12 months, covering listing on social media, realtor website, and MLS listings. Any licensing fees for images and videos used for commercial advertising, branding, or marketing shall be negotiated as part of the bid, prior to completion of work. Licensing will be based on the projected market outreach and duration of usage.- Call for Quote
